We appreciate that every event is as individual as our stewards and require different skills and duties. We work with the event organiser at the planning stage of the event to establish the roles the stewards will be tasked to carry out.
Once the roles and duties have been established we begin hand picking our staff for the event. Before the start of the event all stewards are given an operational brief including emergency procedures and action plans, code words and evacuation routes. Examples of the duties our team have previously completed are:
Car parking marshals ( trained traffic marshalls)
Emergency situation management
Manning road closures (trained traffic marshalls)

Our team of stewards can carry out all duties as required to ensure the health and safety, and smooth running of the event.
